I wouldn’t be the person I am today without my grandfather. I try to tell his stories to my children, who never met him. He lives on in our hearts and whenever I see a hawk flying over Adventure Farm, I think of him. He loved this place more than anything in the world. 

We create new memories each season, layering and weaving them into the old memories. The blanket of Christmas time is thick, warm, worn and comfortable.

Having a team to root for bonds you with your community and gives you spirit and drive.

Just when you think you can’t deal with the BS of life, good things begin to happen. Autumn brings change and reflection, It’s a time for epiphanies and melancholic meanderings.  The season is bittersweet.

Maybe it takes a few years, like I have, to stop and look, to ponder and appreciate, to miss and to love those that were here and now gone.
