Private Events and Weddings

Chisholm Vineyards at Adventure Farm is the perfect venue for a private event or weddings. Each event is unique and given our full attention to detail and excellent service. Imagine your event set on expansive green lawns, filled with natural light, gardens, a lake and a breathtaking sunset over the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We have a stunning Blue Ridge Mountain view, open lawns, naturalized gardens, a Wine Tasting Room, a well-crafted Pavilion and a wisteria- covered arbor that can all be used to create your event for up to 200 people. Tents can also be erected to create additional coverage or unique outdoor rooms for larger events.

Dinner can be sourced locally. You may choose your caterer but we can also provide a list of caterers and food trucks that are highly regarded by our customers. Add our small-lot, 100% estate grown wine. We have fourteen wines to choose from, some of which have won gold or silver medals at the annual Virginia Governor’s Cup competition. We can suggest bands or choose your favorite music that will lead to dancing into the night, under the stars and bistro lights. It is an evening with family & friends, an evening for creating your own story.

The rustic charm, the shabby chic and vintage ambiance feels familiar yet inspiring. The romantic estate-like setting offers considerable flexibility with its open spaces, tasting room, a traditional pavilion and a wisteria-laden arbor.

Complete your experience with a Farm Stay at the Lake House for up to 12 people. The Lake House sits a half a mile from the Tasting Room on the 500 acre Adventure Farm. Convenience and comfort are key. It is the perfect accommodation for your guests and can also be used for staging before a wedding ceremony. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house can comfortably sleep 8-12 guests. Enjoy the privacy and quiet moments of farm life. Sip coffee on the deck, watch the sunrise or listen to the birds. If you are lucky, you might catch sight of our albino deer.
