Teamwork

As the New Year begins, I am reminded that teamwork and creativity are the keys to not only success but happiness.

Our team met recently and we discussed all of our big plans for 2023. The possibilities seem endless when we come together. We are a group of women, the majority who have primary jobs and consider this a side gig.

We are teachers, artists, coaches, mental health advocates, writers, professionals, mothers (dogs and children), friends, co-workers and wine lovers. We are unique with individual talents yet we find common ground and purpose when we come together and work towards a common goal. We support each other and lift each other up.

I am grateful for each team member and know that our success is a true reflection of the team’s continuous efforts. I value the creative process and traveling on the sometimes windy path more than the end goal.

For those of you who don’t know us or haven’t visited, please drop by to try our 100% estate grown wines in an incredibly comfortable setting. We are woman owned and operated. The farm winery is a part of our family tradition which began in 1950 on Adventure Farm with Morris and Mary Jane “Gigi”Chisholm. We make small lot wines with minimal intervention. Our approach is inclusive and unpretentious. We offer an experience and a place to create your own story.
